2. Intellectual Property Rights

The corporate logos, text descriptions, brochures, and layouts are the exclusive property of XLNC Enterprises and its division XLNC EduTek. Original software licenses (Moodle, TCExam, Fedena) remain subject to their respective GNU GPL or corresponding open-source agreements.

3. Disclaimer of Warranty

Our consulting recommendations and educational platforms are provided "as is". We execute custom SLAs and performance guarantees separately through official corporate contract signatures.

4. Governing Jurisdiction

These conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, under the jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai.
